1 lb grass fed lamb stew meat
2 1/2 cups chicken stock
1 tsp salt*
1/2 tsp pepper
1 cup sliced carrots
6 baby red potatoes quartered
6 oz package of rice
Combine all the ingredients in your slow cooker and cook on low for approximately 6 hours.
I thought about trying a package of seasoned rice next time.
*Use more or less salt to taste. Louis thought it needed more salt, Athena liked it the way it was.

That sounds awesome!
I tried lamb for the first time a couple years ago, and I thought it was delicious! I have only had it in a curry sauce though and this sounds fantastic to try!
do you have a fancy carrot slicer that makes them into wavy chips like that? sounds like a winner of a recipe.
