I love that little bee mobile. It's perfect for her. I like the design of it. It's not gawdy and plastic like most little mobiles. Yes, I concern myself with those kinds of things.
It's funny you say that about Athena hating bees. Everyone calls our little guy "Rhys Monkey." I started calling him that when I was pregnant. It was kind of a joke, a play on words with Rhesus monkey. (I can't explain it, I'm a dork.) Anyway, it stuck and now everyone calls him that and buys him tons of monkey stuff. Nate says that Rhys' first sentence will be "I hate monkeys."
Yeah!!! I am so glad to see her on it!!! I think that this is a great way to introduce her to that NASTY LITTLE BUG. Maybe this way she won't be afraid of them!!

I hope she doesn't hate bees. That would just be... absurd!

Very cute and appropriate. I don't think she will hate bees. She will OWN bees and it will be her identity. You have given her her favorite thing :)
