Please tell me I'm not the only one who's done this...

I had McDonald's today. Twice. I feel very fat and ashamed of myself. T.w.i.t., I'm looking to you for support right now, as you have sent your husband to McDonald's while on a run like Bill Clinton.

Here's a breakdown of the damage I have done to my marvelous physique:

Big Mac 540 Calories 29g Fat
Fries 220 Calories 25g Fat
Orange "Drink" 240 Calories

Chicken Nuggets 460 Calories 29g Fat
Fries 230 Calories 11g Fat
Coke 110 Calories

Grand Total: 1,800 Calories 94g Fat

Of course you have my support and ,yes, I have eaten McDonald’s twice in one day before. I may or may not be referring to three days ago.

To anyone who thinks this is a problem, I say, problem? What problem? It’s not the way it looks. I’m not THAT bad. I’m not nearly as bad as OTHER people. All I want is a little relief. I’m not hurting anybody but myself. Nobody understands me! Nobody knows the trouble I’ve seen. Trust me, I know what I’m doing. I can stop any time I want to. Now is just not a good time to stop. I don’t have the time to get help. And nobody is going to tell ME what to do! I can handle this myself. I’ll quit when I want. After I go to McDonald’s. Just this one last time, I swear.

hahahaha, I did this too especially in high school. When you have 35 minutes total to get to the car, drive to get food, eat, drive back, and be in your seat in the next class, you will choose anything. McDonald's and Wendy's were the nearest places to eat.

I have therefore been known to go to Wendy's during lunch and McDonald's for dinner. I may or may not have said the following statement before: "Ugh, I'm tired of fast food, I just had Wendy's today... McDonald's sounds good!"

I mean, come on, McDonald's fries are delicious.

I'm confused...how did one fry have more calories and less fat and one have fewer calories and more fat?!? Yes, when I was in college, Big Macs were buy one get one, or $1, either way, it was a good deal, and I had two for lunch, 2 for dinner, and the next day I had 2 for lunch again. I lost the feeling in my left arm for a week, but it was really good.

Darn. That is depressing. I've had a couple of late night McD's runs in the past month myself. Why oh why is Mickey Ds the only thing opened at midnight? LOL. But your calorie/fat breakdown has reminded me why I try not to be a regular. Thanks chica.

It looks as though you have 200 calories to spare for the recommended daily allowance. You should have gotten McDonaldland Cookies or a small ice cream cone.

I see no issue with this because, if your body and internal organs are anything like mine, in about a day, your system will have rid you of your shame. So maybe you actually did some good here.

Don't beat yourself up here. We have all done it. Just don't do it for 7 days in a row :)

I would give my left pinkie for a big mac right now.

I support you and love you. Just consider that your eating that big mac, fries and orange "drink" (my favorite of the drinks, by the way) your gift to your long, long, sister down in Mexico-way. I appreciate it.

Yeah, MF'er, I know that they were different sizes, but how can one fry have less calories but more fat...So, what your saying is that I can add 10 calories and reduce fat by 14 grams by getting your "magic size" fry?!?

Um yeah! Duh! Haven't you figured out McDonald's logic???
