The Moisturizers that are Changing my Life

To say I have problem skin is putting it mildly. I've tried EVERYTHING, and even though I'm pushing 30, my skin FREAKS and breaks out all the time. If it's too oily, I break out. If it's too dry, I break out. I have, no HAD, horrible discoloration from all the breakouts, it was dull, and I was starting to have lines.
