White vinegar! It should do the trick. :) Pour it on there and let it sit and scrub it off.Only bummer? You'll smell like an easter egg afterward.(I'm impressed by your skills.)

I'd like to know what Louis was cooking.And, I'd like to encourage you to encourage Louis to turn the burner down.
I would just throw it away and buy and new... I'm just saying!
vinegar... let it sit. it is isn't coated, take a steel wool pad to it.
