Here is her excitement as we got there. She honestly was crazed.
The depression set in the next day when I had to tell her we weren't
going back to the birthday party. It was devastating new.

Athena got to celebrate her cousin Micah's birthday at, what I can only assume, her version of Heaven. They had giant bounce houses, slides, swings, and cake. We learned that Athena has amazing parent evading maneuvers and can run faster than some adults.

Oh, that second picture is really post-party depression...poor thing! I feel the same after my parties.
