Do you have little ladies to shop for this Christmas?

Then allow me to help!

I have given birth to 2 lovely ladies. I think that legally makes me a Little Lady Expert. When it comes to gift-giving, we have some tried and true suggestions.

For Baby:

All of these toys have been given approval by both Athena and Zofia.

#1 Sophie the Giraffe by Vulli (An additional baby, my nephew Sammy, also approves of this toy.)
Sophie makes them smile and giggle. Hand a teething baby a Sophie and they immediately start gnawing away.

From the Manufacturer:

Sophie the Giraffe, full of discoveries and activities to awaken baby's senses. Sight: The dark and contrasting spots all over Sophie the Giraffe's body provide visual stimulation and make her easily recognizable to baby. She soon becomes a familiar and reassuring object. Hearing: Her squeaker keeps baby amused and stimulates his hearings. Taste:Sophie the Giraffe is very flexible and has lots of parts for baby to chew like ears, horns, legs. She is perfect for soothing baby's sore gum when teething and is completely safe. Made of 100% natural rubber and food paint. Touch: Sophie the Giraffe is perfect for baby's small hands. She is very light and her long legs and neck are easy for baby to grip. She is very soft to touch, stimulating soothing physiological and emotional responses. Smell: The singular scent of natural rubber makes Sophie the Giraffe very special and easy for your child to identify. Sophie is Phthalates and BPA free.

#2 Gnon Green Teether by Vulli
Zofia LOVES Gnon, and when Louis put it in the freezer, pure baby joy.

From the Manufacturer

Thanks to this soother, baby teethes without pain. The ring is filled with water and can be placed in the refrigerator. The cold anesthetizes the pain of teething. Light and easy to grip thanks to its ring shape. Phthalates and BPA free. For babies from 3-6 months and up.

Both are available on Amazon.com from private sellers.

#3 Keptin Jr Rattle Zmooz (They come in a variety of colors. We have the pink.)
I don't know what it is, but the featureless face cracks my babies up. They feel on the knots, chew on it, and talk to it.

From the Manufacturer
Made of the softest velvet fabrics, the Cozy Zmooz pastel collection consists of very soft and friendly toys for newborn babies.

(I still have some of these in stock.)

Now a little something for Ms. Bee's crowd:

1. Handmade hair clippies from Fleur de Lulu
This first one shows you don't have to spend a lot to make a little lady happy. She's getting quite the collection going and she goes CRAZY when she gets a new clippie. The quality is superb and they are the ONLY ones she will leave in her hair. She won't go to ballet without one. Seriously.

From the Manufacturer
Inspired by one of my children's favorite books, this adorable little caterpillar clippie is made from quality grosgrain ribbon. It is mounted on a salon quality, 1.75" double prong alligator clip. Comes with a no slip grip. If you prefer without, please let me know. All ends are heat sealed to avoid fraying.
Athena's Current Favorite:

She went nuts over this little piggy!
You can get them on Etsy from Fleur de Lulu

2. Two Stars Button-eyed Dolls
Shhhhhh.... don't tell the ladies but they're getting these for Christmas. Athena loves looking at them online, and soon one shall be hers.

I LOVE Harper.

From the Manufacturer:
Meet Harper, an heirloom-quality button-eyed fabric doll with a darling heart pattern on her dress, pink striped legs, dark blue eyes and brown hair.

Harper has been machine and hand sewn. She is made out of cotton and muslin fabric. She has a "zipper" on the back of her dress which is where I stitched her together and a cloth tag that features my shop name and web address. The string that you see around her neck (if you look close!) is holding a little paper tag with instructions on caring for the doll.
Harper was made in my pet free, smoke free home. She stands 14 inches tall and her arm span is 8.5 inches. The bottom of her dress measures 5.5 inches. She is filled with soft fluff and is super soft and flexible yet durable.Harper is perfect for a anyone (aged three and up because of her button eyes) for hugging, loving, and carrying around

Isn't it adorable and so unique? Go to the Two Stars Etsy Shop to see more.

3. VTech V.Reader Reading System
A super awesome Kindle-ish reader for preschoolers! Awesome.

From the Manufacturer:
With V.Reader Reading System, children will discover the joy of reading while seeing well-loved characters like Shrek and Disney Fairies in stories with vivid animations. As the stories come alive with animations and sounds on the color touch screen, children take a journey into a world of imagination while developing the necessary building blocks to grow from a pre-reader to a confident and fluent reader. Cartridges (sold separately) are age graded for 3 to 5 year-olds and 5 to 7 year-olds. Each storybook cartridge includes a fully narrated and animated story, 8 reading skill games, and a story dictionary.
You can find this reader at Target.

-You still with me? Awesome. I just wanted to let you know that, unfortunately, no one pays me for my opinions. They're just all mine.

YAY! This is perfect -- I'm looking for a few things for my two-year-old niece. I love the personal recommendations AND the manufacturer's comments. (And, of course, the pictures of your little ones.) Very smart and informative post! :)
