I love, love, love supporting independent businesses. This is a friend of a friend that started her very own gourmet cupcake business. They look AMAZING!

In the Toledo area and interested in grass fed, local meat?

Well boy do I have some good news for you! Omega Meats from Graham Farms are going to be featured and sampled out at Health Foods by Claudia at her annual open house November 12-13. This is such an awesome opportunity for people to learn the benefits of eating grass fed, free range, hormone free, local meat and eggs and to really taste the difference! There is a ton of information on the farmer's site that I linked above and I really hope that a lot of people in the area give this a try.
