A woman is suing, claiming a thong injured her when she tried it on. (okay, who "tries on" a thong? and if you don't like it, you put it back? disgust!)
new update: we think the woman put it on at home...based on the fact the store wanted to see the thong she claims injured her, and her lawyer denied the request.

you know, i heard this on the radio today and thought "oh my gosh...who tries on underwear, especially thongs? EWWW!"
and really...how do you hurt your eye while trying on thongs?

That's a confusing one. i've tried on undewear before, at home, and took them back because they were too small, and I watched the guy just put them back on the shelf. I guess it's less disgusting for guys...I think anyway...after thinking about it I may change my mind, but I let someone borrow a pair of boxers before...I think I've said too much.
I am just shaking my head about this.
First, how does one hurt ones eye when putting on a thong? Design flaw or not, I don't think this is possible if you are putting your underwear on correctly!
And if you are struggling SO much to put on your underwear that a metal piece flies up and hits you in your eye then I am guessing there is a good chance you should NOT be wearing said underwear.
Come on people!
