Do you follow the Caylee Anthony Case?

The State Attorney's Office will seek the death penalty against Casey Anthony.

This reverses an earlier decision made by prosecutors. In a notice filed this afternoon, prosecutors stated that additional information has become available since they filed their initial waiver of intent to seek the death penalty on Dec. 5. The filing states that "sufficient aggravating circumstances exist to justify the imposition of the Death Penalty..."

What exactly would make them change their minds?

good. they should seek the death penalty. that woman is a monster.

whatever they found must have been enough under florida law to make it a capital murder case.

again, she's a monster.

I do agree that this whole thing is SO sad and sick. So I have been following this on occassion, but not closely. So please forgive me as I ask a couple questions. (It isn't that I don't think the mom did it, I was suspicious from the beginning, I just haven't been reading about it recently.)

As the article didn't seem to go into much detail what is up with this missing babysitter who the women claims took the child? Is this person real? Do they know what happened to her? That part seemed a bit confusing.

I think, like the article said, that they are trying to get her to talk or something and that is why they are pushing for the death penalty. I DO hope that if they push for something like this that they are certain she did it, though it seems as though she did, or had soemthing to do with it.

This stuff makes my stomach turn, just sick. And now the newer one with the school teacher and the 8 yr old girl. Just sick.

@ WK: from all the articles i've read, the police are rather certain that casey anthony lied about the "babysitter" ... there was never a babysitter.

it is all very, very sick.
