Things I want more than air and can't have

Just back 'er in the driveway. I'll take things from there.

Now that I've done this twice, I know 100% that pregnancy doesn't agree with me. I spent the first 3 1/2 months not able to eat anythng but Rice Krispies. I still can't even talk about eggs, and there are so many food no-no's it makes them even more appetizing. But let me tell you the worst...

1. Chocolate. More specifically, Cadbury Eggs. They are my favorite thing since breathing, and wouldn't you know it, they came out early this year. Well, even a drop of chocolate gives me migraines this time around.

2. Lemonade. You see, margaritas are my favorite drink. I use lemonade mixed with different fruit purees to tide me over. Now? ANYTHING citrus gives me migraines. Yep, no more lemons, oranges, or grapefruit. AAAACK!

3. Sushi. It looks so sexy and forbidden, I just wanna love it.

4. Lunchmeat. I WANT IT SO BAD AND I DON'T KNOW WHY!!!!!! Seriously, what's going to happen if I eat a damn piece of salami?

You should all totally feel bad for me.

I ate more than a few hot dogs when I was pregnant. I couldn't stop myself. I'm a bad person.

I couldn't eat chocolate either. I had no desire! Also, the thought of chicken made me vomit. It was just gross when I was pregnant!

I was a FREAK about not eating lunchmeat the first time and I always drooled over it. Then, in our birthing class, they fed us lunchmeat. The nurses told us it was okay because they popped it in the microwave for a few seconds beforehand.

This time, you can bet I eat lunchmeat whenever it comes over me...I figure at Quiznos or Subway, they toast it, which is kind of hot...that's gotta be okay? right?

Or maybe I'm just awful. ;)

I do feel bad for you. The chocolate cadbury eggs are seriously made of crack. Delicious crack.

I totally ate hot dogs AND lunch meat while I was pregnant. And, don't tell anyone else - BLUE CHEESE!

You can have sushi, too. Just have some vegetarian-based rolls, no?

I'm so sorry about the chocolate thing... :(

Yep, I've had a few hotdogs, and I don't hesitate to have some salami every once in a while either. (other lunch meat grosses me out, nearly all the time).

(and Ky, I've snuck in some blue cheese a few times too!)

As long as that meat is heated well enough, I can't understand how it matters.

I had a GIANT bite of blue cheese tonight with the inlaws.

It was liberating.
